Jonathan Bernstein

Jonathan Bernstein is a Managing Director and tax attorney currently working as a Senior Manager at EY since 2013, where they advise corporate and private clients on US tax considerations for cross-border operations and investments. They previously held associate positions at E. Gregory M. Cannarozzi, LLC and Tesser & Cohen, and worked as a Summer Tax Associate at Capell Barnett Matalon & Schoenfeld LLP. Jonathan earned a JD from Rutgers University School of Law and a Master of Laws in Taxation from New York University School of Law, in addition to a BA in Economics from the University of Michigan.
