Jonathan Choie

Jonathan Choie is an Associate Director in the EY Singapore International Tax and Transaction Services team, specializing in transaction tax. They assist clients with tax due diligence, tax structuring, and related advice as they pursue acquisitions or divestments. With a legal background, Jonathan previously represented clients in New Zealand as a barrister and solicitor in matters of tax controversy, tax governance, and tax advisory. They hold a Bachelor's Degree in Law and Commerce from the University of Auckland and have gained experience as a Senior Associate at EY Law New Zealand.
