Jonathan Hook

Jonathan Hook is an accomplished management consultant, currently serving as a Director at Ernst & Young since 2012. With extensive experience in transformation, strategic planning, and operational management, they have led major initiatives in the insurance sector, particularly in regulatory and transformation themes such as Solvency II and ESG. Jonathan began their career as an Army Officer with HM Forces from 1992 to 1998, later holding key positions in various organizations including Aviva plc and PA Consulting.
