Jonathan Matchett is currently a Partner and MENA Insurance Leader at EY, where they focus on delivering tailored advisory services in the insurance sector. Previously, they served as Regional Chief Operating Officer for RSA in the Middle East, driving a strategic transformation program across four countries. Jonathan also held roles at t'azur Regional Takaful Company and Acturis as a manager and business analyst, respectively. They completed a Sustainable Finance Program at INSEAD and earned a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering with First Class Honours from Imperial College London.
