Jonathan S.

Jonathan S. is a seasoned professional in people experience, organizational transformation, and program management. They served as a Human Resource Development Executive and Project Coordinator at Humanagement Development Consulting, where they designed corporate curricula and facilitated significant operational exercises. They later held roles focused on project management and employee engagement at the British Council and Maxis, respectively. Currently, they work as a Manager in People Consulting at EY, where Jonathan leads complex workforce transformation initiatives across the APJ region while mentoring consultants for professional growth. Jonathan is pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Development at Universiti Malaysia Sarawak.
