Jono Nicholas

Jono Nicholas is an experienced leader in mental health and wellbeing, currently serving as Managing Director at The Wellbeing Outfit and Chief Mental Health Advisor - EY Oceania while also holding roles as Executive Director at The Impact Outfit and Director at Future Generation Investment Companies. Jono has a strong background in digital mental health services, having previously been the CEO of ReachOut Australia and ReachOut Ireland, and has contributed to various boards including the Telco Together Foundation and Roses in the Ocean. With degrees in Public Health from the University of Sydney and Psychology from Macquarie University, along with ongoing education in nonprofit leadership from Stanford University, Jono Nicholas is dedicated to enhancing mental health support, particularly in workplace settings and among young Australians.
