Joseph Sheffu

Joseph Sheffu is the Country Managing Partner at EY Tanzania, where they are responsible for overseeing all EY business operations in Tanzania and lead the Government & Infrastructure market segment in the Eastern Africa cluster. With over 27 years of experience, Joseph has worked extensively in consultancy and civil service, having begun their career in the Ministry of Finance in Tanzania. Joseph leads consulting engagements focused on various areas, including performance improvement and public finance management, and is engaged with key stakeholders, including government and international agencies. They hold an MBA from the University of Oxford and two MSc degrees from Birmingham City University and London Metropolitan University.
