Josh Peifer

Josh Peifer, CPA, is a partner and the EY Private Tax Great Lakes Geo Leader, specializing in tax advisory services for ultra-wealthy individuals, family offices, and private businesses. They have a proven track record in the St. Louis, Chicago, Nashville, and Louisville markets, leveraging the global reach of EY to deliver strategic tax solutions. Josh began their career as a Tax Apprentice at Cloister Tax Services and has held various roles at PwC before moving on to significant positions at EY, including Tax Manager and Tax Senior Manager, culminating in their current role as Tax Partner. They also served as the Tax Accountant in the Wealth Advisory Services Group at RubinBrown LLP and led the EY Central Region Wealth Transition Advisory Services. Josh earned their degree from The University of South Dakota from 2013 to 2015.
