Jovy Wong currently serves as the Head of Talent Development for Greater China at EY, where they lead talent initiatives and coaching programs. They have held various roles within EY since 2007, including Talent Development Leader for Asia-Pacific and Talent Leader for the Greater China Assurance sector. Jovy is also active externally as a board member of the Qualification and Examination Board at HKICPA and advises on the MSc in HRM & OB Program at Lingnan University. Their contributions have helped EYHK achieve recognition as the top professional service organization for three consecutive years, as well as receive sustainability awards. Jovy is pursuing education at Imperial College London.
