Julia Thompson

Julia Thompson, CPA, is the Managing Director at Ernst & Young LLP, where they leverage over 23 years of experience in federal tax planning and savings strategies for a diverse client base, including multinational corporations. From 2005 to 2021, Julia served in various roles at EY, focusing on tax planning, team management, and client advisement, while also training and mentoring colleagues. Prior to their tenure at EY, Julia held the position of Senior Tax Accountant at Cherry Bekaert LLP from 2002 to 2005, where they prepared complex tax filings and developed staff accountants. Julia is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting at the University of Richmond.
