Julie Gerdes is a Partner and the Head of People Sustainability & Employment Law at EY Denmark, where they assist organizations with the implementation of neurodiversity policies and leadership training. With prior experience as an Attorney at law at Kromann Reumert and Gorrissen Federspiel Kierkegaard, Julie has established themselves as a leading specialist in HR and Employment Law in Denmark. Additionally, they contributed to the Danish Chamber of Commerce before joining EY in 2008. Julie is currently pursuing a Master of Laws (LL.M.) at Aarhus Universitet and has studied Philosophy and Literary History at The University of Freiburg.
