Julius Cuenca

Julius Cuenca, CPA, is a seasoned tax professional with extensive experience in real estate tax. Julius began his career as a Federal Tax Intern at Goldman Sachs from December 2016 to June 2018, followed by a brief period as a Launch Intern and Real Estate Tax Intern at EY. From July 2022 to December 2025, Julius served as a Tax Senior at KPMG, specializing in real estate tax. Julius has held multiple positions at EY, culminating in the role of Tax Manager since December 2025. Academically, Julius holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and a Master of Science in Taxation from Baruch College.
