Jullie Hands, MBA, LLB, ACII, is a seasoned Insurance Operations and Transformation Executive currently serving as a Partner in Business Consulting at EY. With extensive experience leading Claims operations across Canada, the UK, Italy, and India, Jullie has demonstrated a strong commitment to operational excellence and transformational change. Previously, Jullie held key leadership roles at firms such as Zurich Canada, Johnson Insurance, and RSA Canada, focusing on integration, modernization, and technology implementation. Jullie earned an MBA from the University of Bradford and a law degree from Liverpool John Moores University.
