Currently a Partner at EY, Justin has previously held leadership roles, including Chief Executive Officer at Digicel Jamaica and Senior Principal at Delta Partners, advising prominent global companies. Justin is also the Chair of the Universal Services Fund in Jamaica and actively contributes to the National ICT Advisory Council. With an MBA from IESE Business School and a Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering from the University of Florida, Justin is known for building high-performing teams across diverse cultural landscapes.
