Justyna Martyniak

Justyna Martyniak is an accomplished IT and business leader with extensive experience in CRM and transformation roles. They began their career as an MIS Manager at BNP Paribas Bank Polska SA and later held various positions at Bank BGŻ BNP Paribas S.A., including CRM Transformation Leader. They served as a Senior Solution Sales Professional at Microsoft until 2023 and currently lead the IT Tribe focusing on individual clients at Alior Bank SA. Justyna is now a Senior Director for the Microsoft Alliance at EY, continuing to empower and drive technology transformation initiatives. They hold a degree from Politechnika Warszawska, where they studied from 2001 to 2006.
