Kaeli Sims

Kaeli Sims is currently the Managing Director at EY, specializing in audits of business combinations and indefinite-lived asset impairments within the Transactional and Technical Topics (T3) team. They have significant experience in the technology sector and have worked extensively with large multi-national companies with SEC reporting requirements. Prior to their current role, Kaeli served as a part of the EY Capital Markets group in London and held various positions at EY, including Assurance Senior Manager and Assurance Manager. They earned a BS in International Business and Accounting from the University of South Carolina, where they also worked as a Campus Recreation Facilities Supervisor and Orientation Leader.
