Kaia Reznicek

Kaia Reznicek is currently a People Consulting Staff at EY, where they are involved in change management and program management. They earned a degree in Psychology with a minor in Markets, Management, and the Economy from Dartmouth College, where they studied from 2019 to 2023. Kaia has completed internships at various organizations, including the Techstars Foundation, where they researched diversity and inclusion in entrepreneurship, and The Colorado Haiti Project, where they contributed to marketing and fundraising efforts. They further honed their skills through internships at Street Business School and FMZ, focusing on outreach and graphic design, respectively.
