Kaisa Nylund has extensive experience in resource management and team leadership within the audit and media sectors. At KPMG Finland from April 2019 to August 2022, Kaisa served as Manager Planner and Performance Manager, overseeing resource management for national audit teams and leading a Planner team. Previously, Kaisa held various roles at M-Brain Finland between January 2012 and January 2015, including Account Manager and Team Leader, managing teams of media analysts and content specialists. Prior experience includes working as an Information Specialist and Project Manager at Cision Finland Oy from March 2006 to December 2009. Currently, Kaisa is the Resourcing Lead and Senior Manager at EY, focusing on workforce planning for Audit and leading a six-member Audit Resourcing Management Team. Kaisa holds a Master of Arts degree in Nordic languages from the University of Helsinki, completed in 2004.
