Kajsa Nilsson is currently the Nordic Communication Leader at EY, where they drive strategic internal communication and employer branding across the Nordics. With extensive experience as a Senior Project Manager at Business Sweden and roles in change management and communication, Kajsa has successfully facilitated digital transformation initiatives and managed diverse teams. They hold multiple degrees, including a Master in Library and Information Science and have furthered their education in strategic internal communication and change management. Kajsa is passionate about strategic communication and diversity, equity, and inclusion.
