Kalpa Baid

Kalpa Baid is a Director at EY, specializing in Transaction Advisory and project finance within the infrastructure sector for government clients. With extensive expertise in business planning, market demand assessment, and bid process management, Kalpa has worked on urban transport infrastructure, including metrorail and multimodal transit projects, as well as in the port and logistics sectors. Prior to this role, Kalpa served as Sr. Vice President and BU Head of Urban at Rodic Consultants from 2021 to 2023 and held various positions at EY between 2012 and 2015, culminating in the role of Associate Vice President in Transaction Advisory Services. Kalpa holds a Master’s in Urban Planning and a Bachelor’s in Architecture from the School of Planning and Architecture in New Delhi.
