Karan Sharma

Karan Sharma is an experienced ethics and compliance professional with a strong background in anti-bribery and anti-corruption practices, due diligence, and fraud risk assessments. Currently serving as a Manager at EY since October 2018, Karan has also held the position of Senior Consultant and has a history of consultancy work focused on forensic investigations and risk assessments. Prior experience includes an Associate role at TRC Corporate Consulting Private Limited, specializing in internal audits and corporate valuations, as well as an Accounting Assistant position at T.R. Chadha & Co. Chartered Accountants. Karan holds a Chartered Accountant designation from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a Master's degree in Accounting and Finance from Indira Gandhi National Open University, complemented by a Bachelor's degree from Dyal Singh College.
