Kari Helm

Kari Helm is a Partner in EY’s West Region Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) practice, bringing 17 years of experience to assist clients in navigating complex financial and non-financial accounting challenges. With a focus on ESG reporting transformations, IPOs, SPAC transactions, and carve-out transactions, Kari has served clients across various sectors including Energy, Technology, and Health. Their expertise spans both the United States and Latin America, where they have successfully led significant projects and established quality improvement initiatives. Currently, Kari is pursuing a BBA and MPA in Accounting at The University of Texas at Austin, as well as a Master of Sustainability from Hult International Business School.
