Kari Hill

Kari Hill has extensive experience in project management, primarily in the eLearning and Customer Support sectors. At NogginLabs, Inc., from September 2016 to November 2018, Kari facilitated custom eLearning development, leading cross-functional teams and managing client relationships. Prior to that, at Groupon from August 2015 to August 2016, Kari served as an Operations Project Manager and Training Project Manager, spearheading change initiatives and managing training programs for customer support operations. Additionally, Kari managed a team of Customer Support Representatives, overseeing recruitment and training efforts. Since November 2018, Kari has been a Project Manager at EY, focusing on digital learning solutions to support strategic business transformations. Kari holds a degree from Illinois State University, earned between 2008 and 2010.
