Karin Heiss

Karin Heiss is currently the Global Banking and Capital Markets Knowledge Management Leader at EY, where they focus on managing knowledge and information resources. Previously, they served as the Global Middle Markets Knowledge Management Leader at PwC from 2005 to 2013 and as the Director of Knowledge Management Canada at Hill & Knowlton from 1999 to 2001. Karin also held the position of Manager of Competitive Intelligence at TSX Group between 2004 and 2005. They earned a BAH in Classical Studies from Queen's University and a Master of Library and Information Science from Western University.
