Karli Crowshoe

Karli Crowshoe, MMgmt, is a Consultant for Indigenous Relations at EY and a dedicated small business owner of The Chief’s Daughter, where they create unique beadwork that honors Blackfoot culture. With an educational background in International Relations and a Master's in Management from the University of Calgary and Haskayne School of Business, Karli emphasizes creating business opportunities for Indigenous communities and supporting working mothers. Through their role as Indigenous Research Coordinator at the University of Calgary, they focus on Indigenous Intellectual Property governance and community-driven solutions, guided by the Elders Knowledge Circle Society. Karli’s contributions have earned them recognition, including Queen Elizabeth II’s Platinum Jubilee Medal.
