Kath Barrow

Kath Barrow is the UK&I Assurance Managing Partner at EY, a role they have held since 2006 after joining the firm in 1992 as an audit graduate. Kath has served as an audit Partner and previously led as Chief Operating Officer of the Assurance Practice, overseeing audits for several FTSE 100 listed companies. They have gained extensive experience across locations such as Birmingham, London, and the US, and across various sectors including consumer, industrial products, and transport. Kath was actively involved in the Embankment Project with the Coalition for Inclusive Capitalism, collaborating with over 30 global companies to enhance stakeholder value measurement and reporting. Kath earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from the University of Warwick's Warwick Business School.
