Kavi Pather

Kavi Pather is the Artificial Intelligence and Advanced Analytics Leader for the Africa region at EY, where they have contributed to various service lines since 2021. Prior to this, Pather served as a Consulting Actuary and Manager at Quindiem Consulting for over four years and lectured in Actuarial Science at the University of the Witwatersrand. They joined EY in 2011 as a Partner while also teaching, eventually taking on the role of Africa Actuarial, Quants, and Data Science Leader in 2016. Kavi holds a Master's degree in Integrated Innovation (Artificial Intelligence) from Carnegie Mellon University and multiple degrees related to actuarial science and mathematics.
