Kayla Wickman

Kayla Wickman is a Climate Change and Sustainability Services Manager at EY, where they leverage over 11 years of experience to assist clients with sustainability, innovation, change management, and technology challenges. Most recently, Kayla has focused on helping clients comply with the EU Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive and other ESG standards. They graduated from Hult International Business School with a master's in Sustainability and have gained diverse experience in roles ranging from technology consulting to client engagement. Kayla is also an advocate for community involvement, leading volunteer initiatives in the Denver office, and enjoys outdoor activities, traveling, and creative pursuits like scrapbooking and pottery.
