Keiichi Ushijima

Keiichi Ushijima is the Asia East (Japan/Korea/ASEAN) CCaSS Leader and APAC ESG & Sustainability Solution Leader at EY, where they lead climate change and sustainability services. With a vision to drive sustainable business practices, they have contributed significantly to corporate responsibility and stakeholder engagement. Prior to their tenure at EY, Keiichi managed global HR and CSR strategies at Hitachi, enhancing leadership development and integrating sustainability into corporate strategies. They are also a member of the Strategic Advisory Council at the Erb Institute, University of Michigan, and engage in various initiatives to promote sustainability and human rights in Japan.
