Keith Marchand

Keith Marchand, CPA, is a Managing Director with a focus on audit excellence and regulatory compliance, particularly in the realms of information technology and complex auditing matters. They advise on IT audit methodology within financial audits and utilize software and data analysis tools throughout the audit lifecycle. Previously, they served as an Information Systems specialist at the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board, where they applied fraud prevention, data science, and cybersecurity techniques to enhance audit quality. Keith has extensive experience in financial and IT auditing across various industries for both private and public companies and has led teams in compliance initiatives, including Sarbanes-Oxley. Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Science in Management Information Systems and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting at Texas A&M University.
