Kelly Ma is an Assistant Director and Leadership Development Manager at EY, where they champion growth, learning, and leadership. Previously, Kelly served as an ESL Instructor at EC English Language Centres, focusing on developing engaging curricula and personalized learning strategies, and as an EAP Instructor at York University, preparing students for university-level studies. With substantial experience in consulting learning roles at EY, Kelly has coordinated training programs and supported instructors and learners to ensure effective educational practices. Kelly holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto, a CELTA from the University of Cambridge, and a Master of Education in Curriculum Development from the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education.
