Kelly Pierce

Kelly Pierce (Pasenello) is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human capital consulting and organizational program design. They began their career as an HR Generalist at Cummins and later served in various roles at Deloitte, culminating in the position of Human Capital Senior Manager. Kelly currently serves as a Board Member at BigHope and as an Adjunct Professor at the College of Charleston School of Business. They are also the Owner and Management Consultant for Ivy Advisors LLC, which aids in developing business strategies and organizational programs. Currently, they hold the role of Executive Director at EY. Kelly earned a Bachelor of Applied Science and two Master's degrees in Industrial Labor Relations from Cornell University.
