Kelsey Griffith

Kelsey Griffith, CPA, is currently a Manager of Private Equity Independence at EY, having transitioned into this role in 2024. Previously, they excelled as a Technology Risk Manager at EY, where they managed teams and collaborated with clients to execute SOX IT audits across various industries. Kelsey has also served as a Senior in Global Internal Audit at Westinghouse Electric Company and has held multiple positions at EY, starting from advisory intern to senior roles. Kelsey earned both a M.A. and B.S. in Accounting from Penn State University, graduating Cum Laude, and also studied abroad at Maastricht University.
