Kendi Gitari

Kendi Gitari is a Senior UX Researcher based in Copenhagen, Denmark, currently working at EY. With experience in various roles such as a Process Coordinator at Ubora Health Centre and as a Project Coordinator at Marathon, Kendi has demonstrated expertise in leading end-to-end research processes and fostering collaboration in multidisciplinary teams. Kendi's previous work as a UX Researcher at Qhala and Vivino focused on uncovering behavioral insights to enhance user experiences, particularly in the healthcare sector. Kendi holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Psychology from the University of Nairobi and a Diploma in Project Management from the Kenya Institute of Management.
