Kendra McDermand

Kendra McDermand is a principal in E&Y's International Tax Services group, specializing in developing tax-efficient structures for US-based multinational corporations. Before rejoining E&Y, Kendra was a partner at Baker & McKenzie LLP, having worked in both Houston and Washington, DC. Kendra holds a J.D. from The University of Texas School of Law and a B.S. in Accounting from Louisiana State University. Kendra's expertise includes advising on federal income tax controversies and the tax implications of mergers and acquisitions.
