Kendra Stanfill

Kendra Stanfill is currently the Assistant Director of Talent Operations, bringing extensive experience in talent acquisition across various industries including accounting, consulting, outdoor, apparel, and technology. Kendra has previously held recruiting coordinator roles at Google, Meta, and IDEO, and worked as a campus recruiter at EY, where they also served as the West Region Campus Tax Recruiting Lead and MBA Campus Recruiter. Kendra's early career included positions as a Human Resources Specialist at Old Navy and an Administrative Assistant at Gap Inc. They are currently pursuing a BA in Political Science at the University of California, Santa Barbara.
