Kenneth Schwartz

Kenneth Schwartz is a Partner in EY’s Transaction Advisory Services practice, bringing over 30 years of expertise in advising private equity firms and corporate acquirers on mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures across various industries. They lead complex, cross-border transactions valued from less than $10 million to over $30 billion, focusing on due diligence and purchase agreement mechanisms. Additionally, Kenneth serves on the Board of Trustees for the Long Island Chapter of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the State University of New York at Albany.
