Keren Y. Daniel

Keren Y. Daniel is an experienced Israeli tax expert with two decades of expertise in the field. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at EY, Keren specializes in guiding hi-tech startups through various tax-related processes, including incorporation and mergers with multinational companies. Previously, Keren held roles at Nimrod Yaron & Co. and the Israel Tax Authority, where they focused on tax planning, incentive laws, and transfer pricing. Keren also holds a Master of Laws from Bar-Ilan University and a Bachelor's degree in Business and Accounting from The College of Management Academic Studies. Additionally, Keren contributed to academia by lecturing on Israeli taxation at Bar-Ilan University.
