Kevin Halcomb

Kevin Halcomb is an Executive Director at EY since April 2022, previously serving as Vice President of Tax at Vulcan Materials Company from November 2009 to March 2022, where oversight included income, property, and sales & use tax accounting, compliance, planning, and controversy. Prior experience at EY includes a role as Tax Senior Manager from 1999 to 2009. Kevin Halcomb holds a Master’s degree in Tax Accounting and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting, both from The University of Alabama, with studies completed in 1999 and 1998, respectively.
