Kevin Kaiser

Kevin Kaiser is a Managing Director in International Tax and Transaction Services at EY, where they focus on corporate, partnership, and international tax matters, including mergers and acquisitions and financial services taxation. As a CPA and attorney, they possess extensive experience in structuring transactions for various investors, including private equity and mutual funds. Prior to EY, Kevin held positions as a tax partner at Ballard Spahr LLP and a senior tax manager at KPMG, contributing to their wide-ranging expertise in tax advisory. In addition to their professional practice, Kevin actively participates as a speaker, instructor, and adjunct professor, sharing knowledge on advanced tax strategies and related topics. Currently, they pursue a JD at Mitchell Hamline School of Law, alongside degrees in Economics and Accountancy from San Diego State University.
