Kevin Plumer

Kevin Plumer is an experienced professional with a strong background in nuclear science, engineering, and military operations. Plumer completed a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Nuclear Science and Engineering at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) before obtaining a Master of Science in Nuclear Science and Engineering from MIT as part of the Naval Officer graduate student program. Notably selected as one of two Naval ROTC officers for this program, Plumer graduated at the top of the Naval Nuclear Training Program and served as a Senior Military Analyst for the Joint Service Assignment. Subsequent roles included Quality Assurance Officer on the USS Columbia and Project Manager at Naval Reactors, overseeing design components for the next generation of naval vessels. After military service, Plumer transitioned to consulting with EY, serving as Senior Consultant and Manager in Supply Chain & Operations, while also earning an MBA from Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business.
