Khaled Larbi is a Senior Procurement Specialist with extensive experience in public procurement. They served as the President of the High Authority for Public Procurement and the Secretary of State, overseeing significant procurement initiatives. Khaled has worked as the General Director of the National Observatory of Public Procurement, focusing on legal frameworks and training for state-owned entities. Currently, they hold consultancy roles at SETYM Canada, EY France, and the World Bank, while continuing their education at the National Defense Institute. Khaled is also recognized as a certified trainer in E-Procurement and Green Procurement.
