Kim Dalton

Kim Dalton is a Partner at Ernst & Young, where they lead the Women Entrepreneur initiatives and serve as the Tech market leader in the EY Private practice. With expertise in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (US GAAP), and Accounting Standards for Private Enterprises (ASPE), Kim specializes in assurance and tax services for private clients across various industries, including real estate, private equity, and technology. Previously, they worked as a Manager in assurance services at EY from 2004 to 2020. Kim graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from the University of Alberta and is a CPA with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Alberta.
