Kolby Smith holds a Bachelor of Arts in Government and Economics from Franklin & Marshall College, where significant roles included Class Treasurer, Vice President of Sexual Assault and Violence Prevention, Campus Tour Guide, Peer Health Educator, and Violence Prevention Student Coordinator. Smith's professional experience includes serving as a Data and Communications Intern for the City of Lancaster, where responsibilities involved assisting with the launch of a Data Governance team and conducting a comprehensive data inventory. Currently, Kolby serves as a People Consulting Senior Consultant at EY, focusing on areas such as training, transactions, mergers and acquisitions, project management, payroll implementation, and organizational change management.
