Kyle Colonna

Kyle Colonna is a Senior Manager at Ernst & Young LLP in the International and Transaction Tax Services. With expertise in complex U.S. federal income tax planning for corporate transactions, Kyle advises clients on acquisitions, restructurings, and post-acquisition integration. Prior to joining EY, they held roles at PwC and Eversheds Sutherland, focusing on M&A tax services. Kyle received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Illinois at Chicago, a Juris Doctor from Case Western Reserve University School of Law, and a Master of Laws in Taxation from Northwestern University School of Law.
