Kyle Mims, Esq., LL.M. is a Senior in Transaction Tax Advisory (M&A) at EY, having previously held a position as a Tax Associate at Deloitte and completed various law clerk roles. They gained legal experience through a legal internship at the Miami-Dade State Attorney's Office, where they contributed to capital murder cases, and have a solid foundation in business management from their time as a Project Manager at Titus Construction Group, Inc. Kyle earned a Juris Doctor, Cum Laude, from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law and a Master of Laws in Tax Law/Taxation from Boston University School of Law.
