Lacy Bruce

Lacy Bruce is currently a Tax Managing Director at EY, specializing in income tax accounting, compliance, and consulting for multinational public-SEC filers and private clients. With over 16 years of experience, Lacy has managed audits of income tax provisions for various technology corporations and has participated in significant financial statement conversion projects.
