Lai Hing Chan is currently a Partner and General Counsel for Asia East, ASEAN, and Singapore at EY, a role they have held since 2025. Previously, they served as APAC General Counsel for Natura & Co, including brands such as Aesop and The Body Shop, from 2019 to 2023, and The Body Shop from 2018 to 2019. From 2010 to 2017, Lai was the Head of Corporate Legal at UBS, focusing on corporate law, M&A, and governance. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Legal Associate at DLA Piper, specializing in international arbitration and corporate law. Lai is currently pursuing a law degree at Peking University and a Master’s degree in Law at the National University of Singapore.
