Laís Machado

Laís Machado is a versatile professional currently pursuing a degree in Gestão de Negócios e Inovação while also studying for an Executive MBA. With a background in Naturology, Laís ventured into entrepreneurship, successfully running a creative gift shop for a decade, where skills in administration, finance, marketing, and customer service were honed. Laís has experience as a User Experience Designer and in training and mentoring roles, currently working at EY in the CoE Assurance department. Passionate about open innovation, they are actively involved in the Ribeirão Valley community and the local innovation ecosystem.
