Lara Coldicott

Lara Coldicott is currently a Partner in the Key Executive Programme at EY, where they have held various leadership roles since 2021. Previously, Lara served as an Advisor in strategy at ThinkForward from 2013 to 2014 and held multiple positions in Commercial Advisory Services at Ernst & Young from 2006 to 2009. Lara began their career as an International Finance Reporting Accountant at ICI Paints from 2005 to 2006. They earned a Master of Engineering degree from the University of Oxford and became a qualified accountant through the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland.
